Thorough and knowledgable

Worked with me extensively for my bipolar-2, ADHD, and anxiety post-inpatient and has me dialed in after only three visits. Psycho-educational was exceptional and specific to my condition. Spends the time to explain why certain medications are in use and what the excepted outcome should be. Even got into details about typical and atypical medications and what it means.

She changed my life for the better. I had little faith in getting better with my mental illnesses until I met Dr. Bahten. I'm no longer a patient of hers since she moved to TX, but she'll forever hold a special place in my heart and mind.

Frequently late by 15+ minutes, incredibly biased, dishonest, falsifies patient records to cover her dishonesty and her mistakes. She develops absurd treatment plans based on her subjective opinion rather than scientific data. Treats patients like lab rats and prescribes different medications every month. Spends the entire session going on tangents then hands out stacks of paper for homework. There is a reason she works for the Department of Veterans Affairs and not in the private sector.
