Dr Regina Brown is rude and has terrible customer service. Today I arrived for my daughter's 3:30 appt and was told Dr. Brown refused to see her bc our appt was 3:15. I know the appt was for 3:30. Instead of simply correcting their error, we were dismissed by Dr. Brown and her rude staff. We will never be back. They are completely unprofessional. I took time off work for this and was told "well, you can reschedule." No thanks. Never had this treatment by any dr office ever.
