Disorganized, disrespectful
They are playing with peoples lives. Got yelled at for trying to explain their insurance mistake, which turned out, and confirmed was their mistake. After multiple appointments of not having to pay, all of a sudden they say I have to pay, yet again because of their lack of knowledge on insurance. Got yelled at again and spoken down to when they messed my name up on prescriptions and sent to the wrong pharmacy. Wouldn’t recommend anyone even going within a mile of this place, you’ll be treated like scum instead of a human seeking better quality of life.

Miracle worker!
I came to Dr Solis in excruciating agonizing pain using a walker and sometimes a cane. And now I’m practically pain free and better yet cane free! Thank you Dr Solis! And God bless you and your staff!

THE BEST- OF-THE-BEST DOCTOR
Dr. Morris Solis is the best pain management doctor I have ever had! She is kind, compassionate, caring, patient, and she does everything humanly possible to help control my pain. The doctor is a master at doing nerve block and RFA procedures. I never have downtime soreness after my procedures. I have titanium implants throughout my spine, and Dr. Morris Solis is uniquely qualified to do my RFA treatments. The doctor just opened her new private practice, and it is a wonderful place! The waiting room is beautiful and it caters to the patients comfort, relaxation, and peace of mind. And, the doctor's staff, they are very nice and helpful.

Outstanding great Dr.!
This doctor has done injections on me and also manages my pain during office visits for over five years now. She is very caring and has given me the most painless injections I’ve ever had and I have had many for over 20 years from many different doctors all over the country as I am military. And the way she does my injections leaves me feeling almost pain-free for several months sometimes up to 2 years. I would follow here everywhere she goes. I now go to her new office on Melbourne Ave. She’s the best! God bless her!

Above and Beyond
Dr. Morris Solis and her staff went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. I believe that when suffering pain symptoms, having comfortable waiting and treatment rooms means even more! Throughout the whole visit, I was made to feel at ease.

This doctor should not be allowed to practice medicine! After an ER visit because of her procedure going very badly she refused to give me an appointment for 1 and 1/2 months! She also tried to tell me that a very well respected spinal surgeon that I saw when she refused to see me didn't know what he was talking about and that I was just overreacting. All this after looking at the MRI that showed the additional damage done to my neck by HER procedure! I was completely gaslighted by this horribly insensitive person, not just at the appointment ONE AND A HALF MONTHS later but also in my private patient portal! Self preservation is her only motive in life and she will throw any patient under the bus to keep from taking responsibility for her horrible medical performance and office mismanagement!

Brilliant Doctor
Dr. Morris Solis helped me when no one else could. After over 10 years of suffering with pain going from doctor to doctor, I found this doctor. She took her time out to really listen to me, exam me, explained everything to me so I could understand what was going on with my body and gave me a treatment plan. And now after a few visits, I have my life back. She is wonderful and I am forever grateful!

Would Not Go Here Again
This was the most impersonable doctor I have ever seen. Didn't introduce herself, didn't explain the procedure, no local anesthesia, no bedside etiquette, they had me face down and went into my spine - I was told by a different surgeon to never do it this way and always go in through the side of the neck b/c there are so many nerves in the spine and anything can go wrong. She didn't talk me through anything, say how long it would take, just said she was giving me lidocaine, and then injected the epidural. I felt pressure and it was uncomfortable. Then gave me more lidocaine and I was feeling weird. Asked if she was almost done and she said yes, then gave me more of the epidural and my upper back area and chest felt weird in a bad way and she said I might feel it in my arm. Never again. I felt like a number there, not a patient.

First doctor to label my problem
I have been to numerous neurologist, pain, doctors, and even a neurosurgeon, trying to find relief for my neck pain and severe headaches. Dr. Morris-Solis identified occipital myalgia and performed an occipital nerve block that has provided enormous relief. Even the doctor at the Mayo Clinic was unable to identify the issue. Even though I will need additional injections and probably radio frequency ablation, this relief is wonderful.

Finally relief
I was having severe lower back pain. I could barley stand. Dr Solis gave me my first epidural shot and I had some immediate relief. I felt about 60% better. After the second shot it has been almost like it was before my injury. Dr Solis was wonderful and the staff was caring and professional Thank you!

I was
YELLED AT BY HER ASSISTANT - they made a mistake on my medication, I called and asked a simple question she yelled at me “we made a mistake “and then abruptly hung up on me. I will never go back to this place again. They think they’re better than other than human beings

I wish I could leave zero stars. I don't even know where to begin with this doctor and her staff was even worse. They were rude, uncaring, malicious, indignant.... Her medical assistant introduced himself to us as a nurse practitioner. Why? Who knows... especially when his badge clearly said medical assistant. The actual nurse practitioner, was HORRIBLE. They tried to force my husband to sign documents that identified him as someone who uses drugs illegally. They put unwarranted warnings
