I made an appointment with Dr. Pokharel in April because I needed a new primary care physician. The earliest visit I could get was July. So I waited 3 months for this visit, and had no doctor during that time. I had my first visit with Dr. Pokharel in July 2023. I was weighed and taken to a small room to wait. I waited over 45 minutes with no one coming in to tell me what was going on or when I would see the doctor. I came 15 minutes early, as requested. I was there for an hour and never saw the doctor. So I left. I don't want a doctor who is so inconsiderate of my time that they leave me sitting there for that length of time with no explanation . My time is just as important as their time. None of my previous doctors or my husband's doctors have kept me waiting that long. I assumed this would be the ongoing experience. Therefore I decided that Dr. Pokharel was definitely not the right doctor for me.
