Dr. Rekha Sehgal, MD

She is very caring but could be a little rough if you don't follow what she is telling you to do! But that is her job and she will check up on you in the nursing home and hospital!Sometime you may have to wait a little longer which is fine be cause she has many patients!

this doctor has her own agenda and it did not involve me.i was under her care while at an acute rehab facility and Inspira. i have three fractures in my ankle, a shattered pelvis and a broken hip and a fractured L5 in my spine. this doctor would be great as a potty nurse and maybe she can handle changing diapers for infants but that is where her expertise ends.the day i met this doctor, rekha seghal, she stopped my pain medication and began a week long discussion about the importance of a primary care doctor (my health insurer does not require or recommend a PCP) and daily pooping. 12 broken bones and our daily sessions involve poop, pee and the need for a PCP (to regulate my poop and pee). I was prescribed 7 stool softeners. we discussed god. i was in so much pain. i begged for a follow up with an attending orthopedist. she discharged me with 20 prescriptions not normally prescribed for bone fractures. i am in pain, my life has deteriorated, can not eat, sleep or work

We will never come here again. Our appointment was at 4:30 did get in out of the waiting room until 6:35. The Dr. Didn't come into the exam room until 20 minutes after that! She triple book her patients. If you like waiting and have nothing else to do then come here. Good luck!

Wait time is horrible. Attention from staff is abysmal. And the time Dr Sehgal spends actually listening is non-existent. I not only will NEVER recommend her to others, I wish I'd never met her. Being her patient has been a futile and frustrating experience. Please, do yourself a favor andvstay away from Dr Sehgal

It took me a month to get an appointment. Upon securing March 1,2016 for the appointment , and calling on February 29, 2016 to confirm the appoint . I arrived on March 1st ,only to be informed that they stop accepting my insurance about a month ago. If this was the case ,they should have contacted me by letter or phone to inform me that they no longer took my insurance. I missed a days work , had to make baby sitting arrangements and most of all I'm very sick. Velina Jones

I do like Dr. Sehgal, however the wait time is way too long! They obviously overbook because you wait AT LEAST an hour and I have may times waited over two hours to be seen! Also, trying to get refills, etc is very difficult. Most often, You have to call several times to get someone to help you! If they booked less patients I believe it could be a much better experience! However, due to all of the issues I've had with this office I am now looking for a different doctor!
