I saw some of the other reviews and found them hard to believe as she most certainly seemed professional and communicated with me in a friendly manor that put me at ease.I did not need medications or prescriptions from her, rather I needed to further understand what it is I could do to help my situation which I think she did a very good job of doing .

I've been a patient for about 5 months now, speaking to her once a month for medicine prescribing. I have continuously felt unheard, ignored, and nearly put in danger by this doctor when they almost prescribed a medication I cannot take in conjunction with a different medicine I am taking. Had I not looked up the interactions myself, who knows what could had happened if I took the medication this doctor prescribed. She has recommended to me 3 times, a medication I used in attempt to end my life with, knowing I had used it to severely overdose (was in ICU for 4 days unconscience so it was a serious overdose.) I feel as if this is extremely unprofessional and bordering malpractice. I would not recommend anyone to ever see this doctor. I am switching doctors ASAP.

Dr. Slowik has an immense attitude problem and isn’t qualified in her field. She rolls her eyes and speaks in a sarcastic tone, as she rushes patients during their visit. She received her degree over 25 years ago and it shows.
