My son has been a patient for the past 11 years. A few years ago, the Pembroke Pines office was closed and everyone needed to go to the Hialeah office. That office is a zoo. If you have a 9am appt you’re not seen until about 11am. They over book all The appointments. It’s sad to say the doctors are amazing but who ever runs the office doesn’t know what they are doing. It’s time to start looking for another pediatrician.

Dr. Andino is amazing, however, most of his staff including Dr. Delgado are rude, unprofessional, and insensitive to their patients and families. Dr. Andino needs to change his complete staff and then his office will be more suitable to the professionalism Dr. Andino conveys to his patients.

This so-called Doctor is a complete piece of garbage. He doesn't listen to patients. Ignores valid complaints about the practice and would rather pick his nose while you talk to him. How rude!

Dr. Rene Andino is a wonderful doctor, he was my doctor as a child and now he is my sons. But I hate going to see him, the staff is horrible!! Super rude!! It does not matter if you have an appointment it's first come first serve. They make such a big deal about making appointments yet it doesn't matter when you get there.. the other doctors that work with him are also super rude! He used to have a great team but that was years ago. Get ready to wait 2hr plus and that's if your lucky!

I have been taking my daughter with special needs to Dr, Andino for the past four yrs, I have no complain about him or his staff from the previouse location which they just relocate to hialeah, unfortunate theres always one bad apple in every tree, therefore you will find those types every where you go. Overall his an excellent doctor always pleasant and professional, and very qulified to be your child prediatrician I truly trust him and his staff. I recommend Dr Andino 100%

This place Is horrible. People in front it's so bad, especially Jannet the way she answered to people it's rude. No manners at all. No culture, no costumer service. It's bad. If you think about going??? be ready To wait at least 3 hours to see the doctor. To ask a question like 1 hour because the lady in the front (jannet) doesn't have eyes in the back, To see when the doctors are out of the room. That's the way she answered. That is only to ask a question.. And if I tell about the result ??
