Dr. Dyess listens carefully to what I have to say. My questions are always addressed seriously. She is a fine doctor.

She is an imcompetent “doctor,” who very obviously hates her job due to her apathetic disposition. It’s pretty obvious Renee is only practicing family medicine because she lacked the knowledge to be successful on her STEP test in medical school. If Renee showed a little empathy, she would probably have booked appointments. She is a complete disappointment and a pathetic excuse as a general practitioner. Good luck to those that see Renee as their primary care “doctor.”

Dr. Dyess has been treating our family for over 5 years. She has always been thorough and readily available. All concerns are addressed and phone calls are returned by her staff in reasonable times. When we have been scheduled to see her, we see her and not a nurse practitioner. We feel cared for when we see her. Also, she follows through with what her treatment plans are; I have never had to call back in regard to referrals, meds, etc.

I don't think Dr. Dyess cares about much more than paperwork and checking off the boxes to get paid. She isn't taking our concerns seriously and when asked for a referral we got two different answers that boiled down to she can't be bothered to do any more than she has to to complete the appointment. We're now looking for another doctor who actually does care.

She embarrassed me and I would not go to her again. There are better doctors out there anyway.

She try's to nickel and dime you for everything. Needed to get refill and she just did blood work and everything was fine and wanted me to come back in before refilling to check again.
