NP’s not following through in a timely manner to call prescriptions In leaving days in between for a Patient to suffer in pain. I’m sure the staff is enjoying their weekend, while since 8 am the pharmacy has yet to receive the prescription to fill. Also! The best part when trying to send a message to the nurse practitioner today the call center told me my message wasn’t urgent enough, that the office directed them not to send messages like mine to them. So again, the patient suffers, and it’s like no one is caring. Shame. Why have an answering service if they can’t help( to send a message)where the ball may have been dropped.

Dr. Gallo has performed a couple of procedures and an ablation on my lower back this year and it has been very successful. I was reluctant to have it done at first but I'm so glad I did. From July until December of 2020, the procedure is still doing it's magic.
