A great experience!
I warmly recommend Dr. O'Toole who has been providing us nothing less than wonderful care and follow up since we first met with her. My daughter is a teen with an autism spectrum disorder, and we had to see an OBGYN asap for an emergency. My daughter, as an individual with special needs, was extremely anxious, and I was anticipating the worse. To my surprise, the whole process was easy and smooth from the get go.We were able to schedule the appointment fast, and the scheduling staff was nice. The doctor took her time to listen to my concerns, and learn about my daughter's history. When the nurse came to draw blood, Dr. O'Toole returned to the exam room and held my daughter's hand for more support. The nurse was wonderful, and drew blood quickly while soothing my daughter the entire time.Since then, I have been communicating to Dr. O'Toole over the My Chart App. She reads my messages daily and replies to them promptly. I feel supported and heard, and her explanations make sense.

Doesn’t uphold ethical responsibilities
1. Doctor didn't provided a comfortable environment2. Failed to answer any questions and concerns I had. Instead recommend that get a blood transfusion but failed to explain why I would need one3. Told me I would die during child birth without giving an explanation to why certain procedures would need to take places.Physician displays poor provider to patient support and failed to educate patients on health conditions and future procedures. In addition she is highly incentive and contributes maternal mortality.
