Made me feel like a loser
Renee should get a different job. She made me feel like I wasted her time and wears her emotion on her face. Don’t waste your time like she did with that degree.

Sat behind a mounted computer: eye contact minimal
The in-person visits to her office felt cold and impersonal due to her being behind a computer screen and not providing much eye contact. This makes it difficult for a patient to feel like they are being heard and definitely impacts trust and one's ability to feel confidence in the doctor/patient relationship. The telehealth visits were actually more helpful. She used a lap top and was not constantly typing during the session. She does know her stuff. Refining her delivery and making a wholehearted attempt to connect with the patient are two things I would recommend for her to improve her practice.
