unprofessional
had my first appt in january. when arrived was only asked for insurance info. did not fill out any new pt paperwork. never had that happen. dr sent me for a test. i went early february. i called for results as i see it on my portal it is back. receptionist could not find me by name, address, phone number and date of birth. i was so upset. ask me to bring report and disk to them. i stated no you need to find me in your system. then puts me on hold and asked about another address from 15 yrs ago. so they finally found me. it was very upsetting. then tells me the dr will call me next week. why so long?? when report is in?? after dr calls i am picking up records or wait there is NONE. will not be going back there.
