Terrible Doctor
This doctor does not listen to his patients. Please do not ever go see this doctor. He will not listen to his patients as people and now fast forward I am extremely sick with a preventable disease if actions were taken when I explained them when they first presented

I’d give him no stars if I could My dad went in complaining about neck pain that radiates up to his ear. Dad was told it was his tenitus. Fast forward dad is in the hospital with his carotid artery blocked 70% and the other side 29%! It took me one min to look up on the internet symptoms and it came up with a blockage. My dad was rushed to hospital in AFIb enroute, had to be resuscitated twice in ER and has had to have a pacemaker put in and right after pacer his heart rate was at 190 and we almost lost him again . This could have been prevented My dad is 85 this could have been prevented Do not go to this doctor. Total incompetence

Horrible bed side manner. I have been going to Dr Appengeller for more then 10 years. I knew all that time that I needed a new primary but I did not have it in me to go through all of that again! I am just coming to the realization that he has done a horrible disservice to me. He should of recommend that I see a specialist and just kept on putting a band aid on the problem. I am furious that I have waited so long to get some real professional help. Patient beware!!!

Dr. Appenfeller was my Moms primary care doctor for several years before her recent passing. In 2016 my Mom was in the Hospital and rehab 4 times with NO appearances by Dr. Appenfeller. It astounds me that a primary care doctor cannot give an active patient the time they deserve. After each return from rehab, her medications were pretty much managed by her pharmacist, NOT her DR. When asked about a visiting nurse, Appenfeller said "I question what good that will do", shame on you Dr.
