Dr. Rex Moss, MD

Dr. Moss cares for my 96 year old mother who is very hard of hearing, partially blind, and wants that "miracle cure" for everything ailing her. He is very patient with her, listens to her concerns, and makes healthy recommendations (which she for the most part will not do.) I never have a problem getting an appointment or an email answered.

He knows me and he knows medicine. He is friendly and very thorough. I have seen him for years and I trust him and his staff fully! He is the best!

Dr. Moss has great bedside manner and does not rush appointments. However, appointments routinely require holding for excessively, (15 min. last attempt before being disconnected; return calls are not done in a reasonable time; the lab techs are rude and easily confused; check out time are also long and the seating is limited and the office is old / dated. To address issues with the office manager also took multiple calls and excuses sum up the office manages response to all the issues noted. I liked the doctor, but the issues noted were exacerbating, so I left for a different doctor.

Told me I had a common cold, gave me a list of over the counter medicines to buy. Spent $60.00 on useless medicine because less than 24hrs, I ended up in urgent care where they diagnosed me with strep throat. Dr. Moss DID NOT even test me for strep throat, knowing I had the symptoms. Terrible doctor. You really aren't that smart. Waste of my time and money.

I had been seeing a doctor who never came close to their patients due to Medicare regulations. I finally found a doctor who feels like the old time doctors although he is only in his 40s. I highly recommend Dr. Moss and I feel he really cares about his patients and how they are feeling.

I have been seeing Dr Moss for many years. He is a very good doctor. When I had to change insurance I made sure he would be on my new plan because he is one of the best I have been too. I highly recommend him if you want a good doctor.
