Dr. Reynolds is very rude and arrogant. He might have went to school to be a doctor but he must have skipped the day when they went over 'bedside manners'. I had kidney stones that should have been taken care of with day surgery. However I ended up being admitted to hospital for almost a week due to complications. I totally understand things happen. However, he NEVER explained to me what was going on. What I knew was from the information I gathered from the nurses and me looking at my results on MYCHART. I spoke with a case manager and they had him come in and explain in detail to me what was going on. You could tell he was not happy at all. After surgery I had a few follow ups. I had and still have some issues and told him. He told me I needed to go see a urologist. I replied kindly with 'I thought you are a urologist' and he responded very hastily with 'I am a surgeon!!!' Needless to say I never returned.

Needs to retire
Dr Reynolds has an extremely poor bedside manner, is a very poor communicator and very non- compassionate in his words or tone. My father is elderly and lives in a nursing home so I accompany him to all of his doctor visits. He has multiple chronic conditions. On the last visit the nursing home doctor had ordered a CT scan and told me to make a follow up appointment with his urologist. I made the appointment but I did not know why it was needed as I was not told. I received the results of the scan so I assumed the urology visit was to discuss the results. Dr Reynolds didn’t know about the scan and thought we were there about my dad’s catheter. I told him we were there about the scan results. He left the room to review results. As a nurse and having reviewed the results myself I knew what the report said. My dad potentially has kidney cancer. Dr Reynolds was rude from the first moment we saw him.

He is very unprofessional. He had the nerve to tell my mother " well let's wait until your kidneys fail and then we discuss options .. have a nice day the exit is right there " really ???? He's definitely a quack and we will never go back and would not recommend this person at all.
