Receptionist Made Me Cry
The doctor and nurses are fine, but the receptionist is absolutely a miserable person. She made a passive-aggressive comment and also laughed at me. Terrible staff up at the desk!

changes in pratice
Dr ray has been my doctor for many years, was always really good , never a problem until recently I was told I am in stage 4 kidney failure my last visit. The problem I am having is communication with dr . phone calls never answered/never returned in a timely manner/I have questions about test i have had no one has called me with results /cant get in to see kidney Dr/cant even make an appointment.I am very frustrated and no one seems to care.I know this wont do any good at least I got to vent a little. No Problems until Late November of 2021= Had X-Ray done on December 6, 2021, it is January 12, 2022, several calls to office for Results with NO RETURN CALLS OR ANSWERS....... Therapists requesting info on what to do about said X-rays. Last call to Office, (I have record of all calls to and from office!!) they had no idea there were any X-rays taken let alone reviewed between Dr. And I. Still suffering in pain with no Knowledge of what to do. On January 4, 2022 said they would get back to me....

Dr Rey (as we call him) is a thorough, considerate, caring doctor. He shows his concern for his patients and never had made me feel like he is rushing to get to the next patient. He is always smiling and pleasant. I generally have no problem making appointments, when needed they will work me into the schedule. Sometimes I might have to sit for about 30-40 minutes in the waiting room if he's running late with patients, but I know he's providing excellent care to others, & he's with the wait.

He like his wife is caring and patient listens to you and acknowledges your concerns I am seeing him while his wife is on medical leave but was 100% satisfied with either of them.

Spends a lot of time with me on each appointment. Very responsive to my needs and concerns. Willing to refer me to other doctors when necessary. Thorough and friendly medical and office staff. Highly recommended!
