It was my first visit in Colorado after having TAVR procedure eight months ago in Georgia. Very pleased with everyone there. I feel comfortable coming back for follow ups. Glad I dont have to look further for a cardiologist here in Thorton which is my home since the end of June.

After a couple months of sub-par "care" by Dr. Pitts where she came late to appointments, could not remember basic info like my age or what tests I'd had run (tests that SHE ordered) and claimed one test was normal when it was not, I decided to seek a second opinion from a different doctor/practice. Turns out, I need heart surgery to fix the condition that Dr. Pitts ignored. I left every appointment -- even telehealth ones -- feeling either angry, upset, or like I completely wasted my time. Judging by some of the other reviews, I am not the only one this has happened to.

Choose Dr Pitts based on location and internet rating. It turned out not to be good fit. She was not a good listener. Scheduled tests and procedures and interpreted them incorrectly. I've moved on after surprise fresh heart attack.

I left Dr Pitts practice because I felt she didn’t care about me at all. When my wife finally came to an apt, Dr Pitts was 20 minutes late and then never even acknowledged my wife was in the room. On top of that she treats symptoms and not the root and also doesn’t know how to troubleshoot. I asked her for a test that would easily tell me if I have a genetic condition. She refused because that’s not how they troubleshoot. I highly encourage any patient to be wary of this doctor. Also the practice has TVs with ads playing everywhere. A clue as to how they care about profits and not the patient. And when I mentioned my complaint, they seemed to really care and wanted to fix it. I haven’t heard from them since. It’s been at least a week and a half.
