I could have taken the test at home- no real care
I have had allergy issues for the last two years and finally booked a test. I was so excited to know what was going on. I was charged for an allergy test and a doctor's visit, which wasn't transparent. I saw the doctor for 4 minutes and it was 170$. I wasn't told if this was mandatory with an allergy test administration. ( I should have asked for a total cost before booking, but didn't). Costs weren't transparent and when I asked about the full costs, I was deferred to accounting who didn't respond to my emails. When the test came up negative, there were no recommendations for future analysis to figure out what is going on. I waited a long time to see a professional in the allergy field. To say it was disappointing I was given the generic test and no support was given- especially when I had paid for a doctor's visit, was a bummer. Even a recommendation on foods not to eat or things to do to help with my specific symptoms that are daily. I know we are all busy, but......

I have been seeing Dr. Castro for over a year now. Dr. Castro is awesome About two weeks ago I had a bronchial infection. I called Dr.Castro and left him a voice message. Within five minutes Dr. Castro called me back and took care of the problem by contacting the pharmacy and putting a prescription for antibiotics. That's what you called great service!! Dr Castro cares about his patients and their health. Dr Castro stuff are great. They go the extra mile for you. I totally recommend Dr.
