Terrible ! Keep away !!

I had been seeing her for over 2 years. TL;DR: I wouldn’t recommend her. Pros: - She was the one to convince me to start medicating my condition. -Renewing prescriptions can sometimes be expedited. Cons: - Hard to schedule as she overbooks herself on top of her full time hospital position. - When you do get an appointment: wait times can be hours long and the visit itself will be not more than 10 minutes. - Does not build good rapport with patients. Rehashes details from intake and doesn’t doesn’t delve much further. -Prescribed sleeping pills before changing medications (at my insistence ) that were causing adverse effects for months. - Her instructions are not clear when weaning off meds. - One staff member I spoke to was condescending when I tried to resolve this issue. -Miscommunications happen often. -She will ask what you want for treatment instead of giving her professional advice.

First time I agree to open up to someone in my 30 years of dealing with my stressors alone. I set appt LAST MONTH. Told the nurse on that call to NOT CALL ME as I am always working. To please EMAIL me any important communication leading up to 01/21/2021. Of course they still called at 2pm and left a VM. By the time I noticed and had a chance to call... they closed... I call in today ON TIME AND EXCITED for my appt... nurse made me feel like it was my fault and I should have answered my phone THAT I CLEARLY STATED WOULD NOT WORK. I don’t understand how something can be so poorly executed. I need a doctor more than most today and I feel like the field has failed me. Officially given up hope on this stupid process. They don’t care about us... just what insurance we have to see if they want us or not. Well Cigna isn’t going to be happy to hear my review.

This doctor is extremely dismissive and unaware of her own biases. Would not recommend anyone to come see her.

Dr. Dumenigo frequently changes prior scheduled appointments and appears to have just one day a week to see patients. Often staff tell patient the doctor must leave earlier. All this causes a lot of inconvenience. She is not too flexible to answer questions during visits. She does not return calls. Patient must relay message to staff and get an answer from staff another time..
