I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kent, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. Dr. Kent is thorough, knowledgeable, and has a warm, professional demeanor. He listens to concerns, explains everything clearly, and ensures all questions are answered with patience and expertise. His recommendations were thoughtful and personalized, and I never felt pressured. Dr. Kent’s attention to detail and commitment to patient care are remarkable. His ability to communicate each step of the process made me feel confident in my treatment. Yngris, his assistant, was great—efficiently setting up and ensuring I was comfortable. The office staff was also welcoming and professional, making for a smooth visit. Before I left, I received clear post-procedure instructions. Dr. Kent even offers a two-week follow-up window, showing his dedication to patient care. Scheduling was easy. I highly recommend Dr. Kent and this practice!

Dr Kent takes the time to explain everything. In addition, he is knowledgeable with training in dermatology and internal medicine. All the post visit instructions are clearly written. There is nothing else I could ask for in a dermatologist. I would highly recommend Dr Kent.

Dr. Kent is thorough, speaks in clearly and places his observations in layman’s term without being condescending. He explained all his observations to me after completely checking every spot on my body, and spent a few minutes showing me examples of different melanomas so that I would know what to watch for. He also increased my awareness by informing me that while 70% of melanomas emanate from moles, 30% do not, so I learned an important skin health factoid. I would recommend Dr. Kent to anyone who is concerned about their skin’s health.

Great Doctor and Staff

Dr. Kent and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Kent quickly diagnosed an issue about which I had consulted with four alternate physicians, and prescribed a reasonable remedy. I arrived slightly early for my appointment, was greeted in a pleasant manner, and taken to a patient room within minutes. The entire appointment took twenty minutes, and covered all aspects of the condition with which I was diagnosed, as well as a full body scan for issues. I would highly recommend him, his staff, and his practice.

I was well served by Dr Kent during my visit. He gave good attention and I didn’t have a long wait.

Excellent visit. Dr. Kent examined cyst on lower jaw/chin. Informed patient of options to remove cyst. He also informed patient on what to do if there are signs of an infection. Finally, Dr. Kent advised patient to use Vaseline on ear and if eczema has not cleared up to schedule a follow up appointment. Patient satisfied with doctor’s visit.

I went in for a common injectable and immediately felt like I was being sold onto another product. A doctor shouldn’t behave like a salesperson. I felt like he was optimizing for profits over my experience. He recommended more than double the units I had gotten the previous year, and kept mentioning a product I hadn’t heard of. I opted for the brand name injectable and was then told they didn’t have enough units in stock, so ultimately was left with the product he had been pushing. It all felt very sketchy. It was deeply unsettling to not trust a doctor I was seeing. Hope my experience was a one-off, but I will not be returning.

Dr.Kent has a lot of knowledge and is very good! My only issue is there are a lot of times I’ll have to wait 20-40 mins to see him. It gets ridiculous after a while.
