I was so Lucky to have met Dr Harmon at Apopka Hospital. I was there for a Severe Diverticulitis Attack. When I was released we set a Date to have my Surgery. She had to take (15”) of my Colon. Coming up on (3)yrs. I am Doing Great. Fantastic Doctor ?? Thank You ????

Best dr. ever!
I am not exaggerating at all when I say that I am the luckiest person to have met Dr. Rhonda Harmon! In January I had to have surgery at Advent Health and Dr. Harmon was the surgeon who took care of me. From the first moment of the diagnosis until the moment of the operation, Dr. Harmon was with me, professionally and humanly. She explained to me step by step what should be done, what are the next procedures to be followed, she explained all the treatment options, pros and cons, so that everything would be perfect for the subsequent evolution. The surgical intervention was a success! Moreover, the entire team of doctors and nurses, anesthesiologist Chris Jacob and Matt Merrill were extraordinary. They explained in detail what will happen, what the anesthesia process is, and my recovery was practically immediate and without any side effects! Thank you very much! I am truly blessed to have you as a team of doctors.

Wouldn't use this doc again.
This woman was supposed to be my surgeon and use care in cutting off both breasts but the results were messy and years later still disgust me. Surgical report said she was present. Board certified and all that.q

Dr. Harmon was an absolute joy to have as my surgeon. She was kind, compassionate and took the time to speak with me and make sure I understood everything that was going on with my procedure. She was knowledgeable, empathetic and truly a professional. I highly recommend her and will continue to go to her for any further surgical needs I may have. I rely highly on reviews from HeathGrades and I hope that you will believe me when I say Dr. Harmon is the best surgeon around.

Was shocked to find out ONLY THROUGH THE WRITTEN POST-OP SURGICAL REPORT THAT WE HAD TO REQUEST FOR IN WRITING that Dr. Harmon did not do the surgery and a resident did ( Dr. Harmon was listed only as present throughout the surgery). Also, the one week post op was changed immediately after the surgery was completed to be with the physician's assistant. (It was originally scheduled with Dr. Harmon)
