Dismissive and Rude
Dr. Rhonda King was rude and not very helpful when coming into her practice. My daughter was referred to Dr. King. We had been dealing with her staff regarding the appointment. We were contacted to come in at 9:20am 9/7 as her kidneys needed to be evaluated. Apparently Dr Kings staff didn’t do whatever it was needed on their end so they don’t see the appointment. But the vm was shared with them and letting them know the urgency in the appointment. The young lady who seemed like the receptionist was kind and patience and tried to get ahold of the staff person who made the appointment. Dr King comes up to the front super aggressive and letting us know we aren’t in the system to be seen and she has patients waiting for her so she can push a patient back or we can schedule for another time. As I am trying to explain what is needed. She responds well do you even have any paperwork to give me to know what’s going on. I’m a kidney doctor. Well aware. Her staff apologize for her behavior smh

Dr. King
Dr. King is a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to listen and answer questions. She also goes out of her way to visit with patients. She is supportive and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her.
