My concerns were taking care of by the doctor , upon my arrival, waiting time was less than a 3 minutes.

He was very nice and personable.

Almost everything about my visit was great. My only issue is with the Dr. himself. He disregarded some concerns I have regarding my mental health. I explained to him my feelings and I feel it was not addressed at all. Figure after my test results he’d want me to come in and discuss my mental health but pretty much got a message that all checks out and see you next year. The search continues for another doctor.

All ways resolve mine questions and concerns and give me the best medicine and treatment for me

He was friendly, I just felt comfortable and was able to be very honest with him. I requested him twice and have not had a male DR. On 30 yrs.

I feel extremely lucky to have found Dr. Martinez. He is extremely knowledgeable and - a rarity these days - an empathetic and warm individual. You know when you visit with him that’s he’s paying attention to your situation, and that he is 100% involved in helping you. If anyone is dissatisfied with their current physician, you can’t do better than Dr. Martinez. He is a gem.

Meeting this doctor was the worst day of my life. 7 yrs ago this man ordered me to have my gallbladder removed. When I decided to go through with the surgery, the surgeant punctured my intestine, scrapped my liver, and almost lost my life at Gotlieb hospital in Melrose Park. After fighting for my life and transferred to Loyola they come to find out I never needed my gallbladder removed. 7 yrs later I am now still facing issues due to this surgery and may not be able to conceive children. - LF

he was my family's doctor for many years and i guess i got used to his poor service. You can never schedule an urgent appointment, stuff is rude, he never return phone call and his schedule is not close to flexible, you have to way more than 45min to be seeing. please do yourself a favor and find another doctor, I did am so happy with my new doctor's team.

Dr. Martinez and his staff did very poorly in accommodating his patient. I was in his doctors office for over 2 hours waiting. Not once, but twice. I initially waited one hour until I actually seen Dr. Martinez and when I did see him it was literally for only 15 minutes. I felt as he could he care less in what problems I had. His solution was to give me pain medication instead. Overall, I felt like it was a terrible expierence.
