None of the kaiser doctors are professional
He was the last doctor I saw when I had Kaiser, and the worst one. Actually, all of them disappointed me, except for one, who ended up leaving Kaiser, because he was really good. Anyways, Doctor Noceda uses bad language, tries to change your mind about the tests you ask for, keeps saying symptoms are ok. In general, kaiser works like a home warranty. if it's not broken, why fix it. And almost all doctors working for kaiser are careless.

I have never reviewed any doctor in the past but I must write a review for Dr. Noceda. I had a telephone appointment with him this morning . He told me he didn’t have time to listen to me then hanged me up in less than 5 minutes. On his notes he wrote that I was combative and I have been talking medications at my “volition”and adjusted my medication without “guidance”. Those are totally untrue. He is impatient careless and unprofessional.

Dr. Noceda walked in to the exam room with No Mask in the middle of the pandemic. There are signs posted everywhere saying that masks are required. He wasn’t wearing a lab coat or anything that would indicate he was a doctor so I thought maybe he was a patient that accidentally wandered into my room. Then, he introduced himself. I asked him why he wasn’t wearing a mask. He said it wasn’t necessary and encouraged me to take my mask off. I told him my business partner was not feeling well and may have COVID. He said I shouldn’t worry. He rushed me through my visit and lacked empathy when I explained challenges I faced with stage 3 cancer. I asked the Nurses why he was not following the rules that require everyone to wear a mask. They said several patients have complained and the Nurses have escalated his behavior to the “powers that be”. Im currently looking for a new doctor.

I have never met such a horrible doctor. I agree with the 1 star reviews. This doctor has no empathy and simply put he doesn’t care, he is just in it for the money. I do not recommend this doctor at all, stay away. I have no option but to give him 1 star, he doesn’t even deserve 1.

I do not understand these reviews but from the wording I believe they are from same person or group. Dr Noceda is one of the most compassionate drs I’ve seen & that is a lot. I chose him bc he is an Internist. He listened to all I had, answered questions & did not rush at all. I have several medical issues including Colitis & Fibermyalgia (sp). He increased my med with no question. Dr N was extremely helpful & one of best docs I’ve seen at Kaiser. Nurses well one was horrible but the other was great. I have referred to him and will continue to see him.

He took away all my sleeping medications, poof, just like that. Then I complained and he gave me less than a months with to ween off meds I did not want to be taken away. Absolute stupidity. Vindictive, immature and NO empathy whatsoever. It was just to fill his deep resentment for me because I take medication for my lower back which has 5 crushed disks. Im waiting for surgery, hopefully I get great results from that but why take away something I have been taking for 15 years originally started and prescribed through Kaiser. I asked for a new Dr and she is wonderful. He and I had 3 miserable months together and I despise the man. He should not be practicing medicine. He doesn't care about how he can help you it more like how he can show off "his powers" and create a way to make you miserable. Please don't go to him. Read all the other articles. They are quite similar.

He is terrible. Simply put. He is accepting new patients because he has none. Such a shame because most doctors at Kaiser" in particular the specialists" are amazing and so thoughtful. This man has no empathy for his patients. I honestly cant believe he still works there. Eventually his time will come I am sure. Stay clear of this jerk. I would not even call Dr. He is not worthy of the title.

Toal lack of disrespect. Would not give a referral to see a Dermatologist because he didn't want to. Filled out my Handicap Form, but didn't put his license number. Wanted to argue with me regarding his thoughts about my Psych. meds when I had already established care and prescribed the medication that the Psychiatrist prescribed.

He is the worst Doctor I have ever had the misfortune of being assigned. He cares about nothing but himself and what a burden we as well paying patients hinder him with.

Guy is a compete A-hole. Doesn’t listen to what you have to say or what another Dr had done for the past 3-4 years. Tried to switch up medications that worked for 3-4 years because he doesn’t agree. One of the other comments was right on “His way or the highway” I loved the look on his face when I walked out on him in the middle of the appt.

I've never met a ruder man in my life.Would not go back to Dr. Noceda if my life depended on it.Does not let you speak because he doesn't care what you have to say or what your medical concerns might be.He dictates to you what he thinks (even though he has absolutely no idea who you are or why you are there). The above commenter said it best when he said "it's his way or the highway."He is rushed. He's uptight.Has zero personality. He is downright obnoxious.I wouldn't take my pet rattlesnake to him

He frequently complained about his working conditions and I felt like a number. He was not interested in my opinion and it's his way or the highway. He acts burned out and lacks compassion with his work. I found another doctor.
