Family Practice gone wrong rating would be 0
This use to be the best practice with excellent staff and Dr. care. Ever since taken over by mount sinai Worst Dr. office to ever experience. Cannot contact the office can not talk to anyone Have to drive over to make appt Over billing, do not confirm appts and and I could go on and on. My recommendation is to find another Dr.

Wow I’m in shock by Susan review It’s totally the opposite dr addes really care about His patience I been seeing him for many years And I have no complain from him or the stuff They all super friendly I just make a phone call to make an appointment and I got an appointment as soon as possible I wish that I can give 20 stars but I can’t I am very satisfied with the service and I recommend him to everybody it’s rare to find a doctor that explain everything to you and listens to you the way he does

Don't expect a call back or any follow up from Dr. Addes. His standard line is "go to the emergency room". If you have gone to the emergency room and want to follow up with him, expect to wait three months for an appointment. The only call I've ever gotten back from him was to ask me why we were going to a new doctor.
