AMAZING PHYSICIAN!
Dr. Richard is not only professional and knows what he's doing, but he is kind, caring, and is genuinely concerned about his patients. I had the pleasure of meeting him for my medical needs and I got to tell ya, WOW! Staff was cordial, office was very clean, and Dr. Richard was amazing and gentle! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR RICHARD! Don't listen to the negative reviews...these folks at this practice are real people with real concerns! A big THANK YOU TO DR RICHARD AND HIS STAFF FOR MAKING MY "fearful visit" easy to get through and with MINIMAL amount of time!!!

Do not recommend. Spends VERY LITTLE amount of time with patients. Bad bedside manner. Does not include family in decisions. Leaves patients in rooms for hours!!

I took my elderly father to see Dr. Alexan after he started having some severe dizzy spells. We had to wait several months to get in since it was his first visit. To my shock, the PA walked in and not the Dr. on his initial visit. She had him get an MRI and when we came in to review the results, there was a different PA, but no doctor. That would’ve been less upsetting had the results not indicated some serious issues. I could not believe this medical “professional” would not have the ethical courtesy To review my father’s very serious results with him. Instead he let a PA that was the age of my son do it. I was livid. I almost marched out of there but I wanted to hear the results so I stayed. It was awful.

This HACK missed my STROKE. He even said there wasn't anything wrong with me, implying that I made it up. This is dangerous, this is malpractice, and this is what happened to me. FIND someone competent, not this jerk.

Don't waste your time, your money or your health on this quack. I waited for MONTHS to see him. He should have been able to say that he didn't know how to treat my condition after the first meeting, but no-- he was happy to have me pay for tests that were irrelevant. (He has an army of women who do the actual work.) After SIX WEEKS waiting for a treatment plan, he just said my tests were "normal," and implied that whatever the problem, it was my fault. Six weeks I could have spent in the care of a competent doctor, recovering (I found one, eventually). His treatment of me was horrible-- I don't think he ever looked me in the eye. So: he blamed me, wouldn't admit that he couldn't treat me, and then, mysteriously, scheduled a follow-up treatment. Happy to take more of my money. Guess that's how he pays for his very expensive sports car and the ridiculous "NEUROLOGY" sign on the outside of his building. NEVER AGAIN.

My son had been seeing a neuroligist for epilepsy since he was 12. After a few years with no improvement we were recommended to Dr Alexan. First visit he ordered tests that had never been done and correctly diagnosed that my som was having epileptic and non epileptic seizures. Treatment programs were started and adjusted as needed. He explained everything in a clear basic way. I absolutely trust him. When my father in law’s primary doctor thought he might have Alzeimers I recommended Dr. Alexan.

I was extremely impressed with Dr Alexan and his staff. After going to two previous doctors, he was the only one to accurately diagnose my problem. He took the time to explain what needs to be done and how long it would take. I felt very comfortable with his opinion. He is very knowledgeable. Staff need the paperwork Extremely easy. The place was clean and easy to find. This is definitely five stars

I saw Dr. Alexan the first time four years ago for a bad case of vertigo and just recently for a spinal cord injury. Dr. Alexan is a super person and doctor. He is very warm, friendly and caring. Dr. Alexan is also a very competent neurologist.

I have been suffering for 3 months; I was referred to this witch doctor. He ordered a bunch of test and finally my Primary Care ask why I have been doing all this test due to the fact it has nothing to do with my illness. I returned for a follow up visit; and the PA was the one I saw and said everything came up normal for your nerve damage!???? I was so shocked I went there due to right side weakness after a stroke not leg pain at all. My husband got so upset the doctor then came in and apologiz

Until yesterday I found this doctors service to be one I would recommend and have. But when I requested a form to be filled out to ensure I get needed utility discounts, I was denied this because I missed my last appointment. I have Multiple Sclerosis which has no cure so will not go away, so requesting he sign a form, which says that and allows me to stay healthy shocked and saddens me. I would say today, he lacks compassion, for a Dr. that is a thumbs down for me.
