Absolutely horrible bedside manners
I was sent to this guy for a surgery by default. I would not send my dog to this guy. He is a complete arrogant man that does not care about his patients. He DOES NOT LISTEN to a word the patient says. He seems to know it all and how they are feeling after all. Absolutely horrible

Dr. Alford is rude, he talks down to you, and likes to force you to do what he wants you to do. When he is questioned he gets upset. He tried to force us to do a DNR plenty of times. I would not recommend him unless you want to be treated like a child. He is good at his job, but he loves to manipulate people and when he can't he gets more aggressive.

Dr Alford is rude to patients and their families. He intentionally tries to break his patients down emotionally and mentally when he is tired of dealing with them. he tries to strong arm families and patients to sign DNR orders when he doesn’t want to deal with them anymore he is extremely intelligent but he uses that intelligence to manipulate situations. he is also extremely mean and rude.
