My exam was done by doctor Barrett who was unprepared and did not have my new and relevant medical information. He did not document properly and spent time slowly typing while he made me stop talking. Many of my symptoms were not discussed as he rushed out on the hour. The doctor also had several bad reviews online. When I began telling about incidents related to my PTSD, he asked me if I had "proof" as of the incident. He was not sensitive to me and seemed short to which I perceived abusive in demeanor. QTC, his broker, had another examiner do a IMO on me who had never met me and also did not have my new and relevant medical evidence. I wish I would've went with my gut and asked for another doctor. After reading his bad reviews, I tried giving him the benefit of doubt and have been hurt in doing so.

I don't write reviews, but I truly believe people in need of help have the right to receive it and Dr. Barrett will not be that person. I gave him a letter the last time I saw him, in which I explained that he never tried to make a personal connection with me. Everything was insurance and money. I will leave more details at another site. Last appt I had, I could not stay, but I still drove 45 min to pay him for that session, even though I was dealing wIth emergency. Charged me full out of pocket
