Very gifted surgeon & kind staff
I had a very large multi-nodular goiter that was growing for years and finally needed a Thyroidectomy. I was very concerned after reading risks of the procedure. Dr. Richard Biggerstaff has decades of experience and having just had my procedure done I can tell you he is amazing. After two weeks, the incision is barely visible and no complications from the surgery. He truly is amazing. I overdid it after the first week and got a hematoma and he and his staff did an in-office procedure to correct it. I'm not good with needles or blood but he and his aid were so very kind taking care of me. I truly am grateful for their service and my entire experience through this process, they are awesome and I can't recommend them enough for any procedure you'd need to have done, rest assured, you are in good hands.

Professional and knowledgeable.
Very professional, excellent surgeon. Dr. Biggerstaff removed a skin cancer from my eyelid and performed a cosmetic procedure. Great results on both.

He is a very caring and very professional.
A different doctor did a BAD sinus surgery and then retired. The other doctor in same office refused to treat me. Doctor Biggerstaff was highly recommended to me. I feel he turned my life around. He has been my ent doctor for years. I think he is the best in his field. The office staff is awesome!!

Caring, skilled physician
Dr. Biggerstaff has performed 3 surgeries on me and is currently treating me for allergies. He always listens, offers solutions and alternatives, and lets me decide how to proceed. I trust his knowledge and skill with no hesitation.

My experience with Dr. Biggerstaff has only been positive. His office is communicative and appointments are timely. There have been no long waits. Dr. Biggerstaff is knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Dr Biggerstaff saved my life 7 years ago on this date. I can overlook the long waiting times and his gruff exterior because my stage 3 thyroid cancer is gone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS JOKE OF A DOCTOR OFFICE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove 2 hours down to see this “doctor.” It was an absolute joke. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour, the nurses told us the he wouldn’t be in the office today because of “surgery.” They did not care that we drove a total of 4 hours nor the fact that we waited an hour before telling us. The story that the nurses gave about the surgery changed several times so he was probably just having a long
