Do not use if you have United Health Care
I was at P&S Surgery Center, which is in-network with United Health Care. My labs were sent to Dr. Blanchard. They attached a modifier to my bill that United Health Care will not accept. So the doctor will not change the code and the insurance will not pay with the code, so I am paying the charge out of my pocket. I would think the doctor and the insurance could work together in this situation.
