Horrible Neurologist office. Not responsive. Will not return calls. Something is terribly wrong with the practice. Please do not bring your loved ones here. I wish we had not. All they do is “process” patients and do not care at all.

Last visit was it. None of the staff had masks on, no social distancing procedures in effect. Waited for over 45min before giving up. Attitude of staff was take it or leave it. I chose to leave it!

My 1st appt I expected to meet with Dr. Boehme. Instead I had to see his PA. I was given another appt and I ask to see the Dr at that time and was told by the front desk clerk DR. BOEHME DOES NOT SEE PATIENTS. I HAVE TO SEE HIS PA. When I go to the Dr. I want to see, at some time, speak with the Dr. I'm paying to meet with the Dr. not his PA. What does the Dr do anyway.

I never saw Dr. Boehme I went straight to Pa-C Ingrid who saw visits remotely one every three months. My treatment plan was abruptly changed due to asking about a new migraine medicine that I found out wasn’t covered my insurance. Ingrid never followed up. The assistant/receptionist Cheryl was very disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional she advised me to tell my other specialist to write my prescription cause Ingrid wouldn’t. She hung up in my face after questioning her ethics, and pretended to be the office manager when I called back to complain. I never heard from PA-C Ingrid. They had the odessity to invoice me for a office visit! I will never return nor suggest anyone consider this type of provider. I will be further reporting this higher for a complaint

My initial appointment was with Dr Boehme. My follow up appointments were also with him. He is respectful and professional. My treatment is ongoing and I am satisfied staying with Dr. Boehme and his staff. Lately I have been seeing PA-C Ingrid Laurinaitis and I am very satisfied with her knowledge and professionalism. She has been an added plus to Dr. Boehme, his staff and the practice at the Beaches Office.

I've been going to two of his offices for over a year and have only actually seen him twice. However, I've seen his PA many times and she is very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a condition that very difficult, if not impossible to treat and she quickly referred me to a neurosurgeon at the Mayo Clinic for brain surgery.

I was referred to Dr. Boehme by my primary care doctor. After a couple of visits to his office, I was shocked to find out that he does not see patients. You only get to talk to his PA. This leaves me in the position of not being able to gauge my confidence in him as a physician. Also, I have had very bad luck with PAs relaying my information accurately. Had I known about Dr. Boehme's peculiar mode of practice, I would have gone to the first visit. He might be a fantastic physician.

The absolute worse doctor's office I've ever dealt with. It's located in a sketchy, run down, urgent care center. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. EVER. you have to leave a voicemail every time you call and then they take forever to call you back. They made me wait 2 weeks to schedule an MRI I still haven't had because they were waiting for insurance authorization that my provider DOESN'T REQUIRE. Every time you talk to someone, they can't speak to what someone else told me. (typical healthcare in
