Abandons patients
I have been a patient for 16 years - going regularly for my annual visit. Had a change of insurance to Medicare and a secondary carrier that he does not accept. They refuse to schedule me even though I said I would pay cash for any expenses not covered. Dropped me as a patient!

Dr. Burns was not my Dr when i was pregnant. he was the Dr available when i went into labor & he was honest and caring. I had a c section & he did an excellent job.

Dr. Burns could not practice any other specialty...he is that PERFECT an OB-GYN. I’m so thankful I found him and his staff.

Amazing. The waiting room time is long, but worth it. He’s taking the time to answer everyone’s questions! He also came back to the hospital on his day off to deliver my first child. His bedside manner is fantastic, and he made me feel right at ease. Highly recommend!!!

Terrible, unprofessional office staff. Cannot speak to medical care but the billing, scheduling and office are horrible. Dr. Burns is also belittling and rude, wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise to ask my questions. Did not feel that my medical needs were met, I ultimately switched doctors. All around terrible experience.

Dr Burns delivered my baby a week ago. I had a C section and he did an amazing job. I feel great already and I believe its thanks to his surgery skills and perfectionism. He was not my obgyn and I feel very lucky he was on call the day I had the baby. It's nice to know there are such brilliant doctors out there taking care of moms and babies.
