My mother has been under Dr. Carlisle’s care twice and both times he has aggressively advocated for her care when everyone else was wrong. Her surgeon was delaying care for a very bad hand injury and Carlisle got her a new surgeon and the care she needed. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. He may not be warm and fuzzy but he is the guy you want on your side when you’re in ER.

Saw him in Norton Brownsboro ER, so no choice of doctors. He is rude, condisending, dismissive, and totally lacking is people skills. He was going to send my loved one home with nothing after being in the ER 3 times in 10 days for pain. When I asked about something for the pain after 3 ER visits in 10 days with no help, he wrote a prescription for an opioid--for an 83 year old man! If he were in a practice where he had to count on repeat patients, he would be out of a job.
