I had a WA, State LNI IME with this Dr. He was okay while talking with him, but after seeing his report he misquoted me on some statements that were wrong, wanted to know if he had recommendation for Psychiatrist not Psychologist. Said I was in great shape with no depression/anxiety issues due to industrial injury, preexisting, guess that's why I have been seeing pain psychologists for over 12+ years only since injury? And taking Xanax and Prozac? Typical paid for and wrote for LNI IME!
