WORST experience in my life!!!
I was recommended by a family member. The staff gives the wrong financial information resulting in additional fees. They forgot to tell Pathology that I had insurance which I found out is pretty common I was a nervous wreck and instead of giving me a sedative before the procedure like 99.9% of clinics, they gave me nothing but saline. I met the doctor literally 3 seconds before being sedated!! My colonoscopy and endoscopy was WORSE than given birth to a 9 pound child with no epidural and Pitocin!!! I woke up during the procedures (which they denied) During recovery, I woke up with chest pain that felt like pneumonia and was coughing with such force that I urinated in my underwear!!! I was doubled over in pain and was crying in pain and shaking like I was hypothermic and no pain medicine was administered! No one called to check until 3 days later and honestly didn't give care how much pain I was in. I looked so bad that my spouse thought I was sepsis and dying!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Made appointment with Dr cascio, arrived at appointment was told that I would NOT be seeing this doctor. The receptionist was very rude and said I would be seeing the nurse practitioner Kianna Lyons, tried asking why I wasn't seeing the doctor, was not given an answer. Waited for more than 45 minutes. The medical assistant that took me back to the room was very rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I then waited another 30 minutes for the nurse practitioner Kianna Lyons, she was very rude, C

I was told I had to pay my total bill before they would do my procedure bc it was less than my deductible, so I paid it. Now I rec'd another bill for almost the same amount, and it shows no record of the $500 I already paid. I keep trying to call billing during their stated business hrs & I keep getting a msg saying they're closed & not receiving any voicemails. I can't even get through to someone to find out what the heck this $400 bill is for!!! Will never go back. Too bad bc Dr was great.

After waiting on hold for 12 minutes and giving up, I called back later thinking I might get to schedule an appointment. At this point I am on hold 15 minutes and counting as I write this. I think this shows a disrespect for patients and a disregard for their time. I will hang up and try to find a doctor who has a little respect for his patients. 18 minutes now.
