Failure
Dr Chase was more interested in how many procedures he can do in a day. He made me do procedures that I had already done in the past. The last procedure was an ablation that when horribly wrong and left me in excruciating pain for months. When I told him about it he ghosted me. Then he mysteriously disappeared from the practice. Would warn anyone that would see him to run away fast!!!

Magnicent and Personable Doctor.
I had been seeing Dr. Chase for many years. He knew exactly what he was doing to treat and manage my unforgiving back pain. I was planning another treatment series but sadly learned he resigned. I was shocked and saddened to lose him. I do highly recommend him.

10+ stars if I could
I have been seeing Dr. Chase for pain management since 2014 through today. I would recommend him to anyone. Unfortunately I have had numerous pain problems in my back, neck, knee and hip. I have had more surgeries then I can count. I don't know what I would have done without Dr Chase. To me he is an Angel on Earth and the most kind patient doctor I have ever gone to in all of my long years of life. He has been a great help in my pain management with injections for my different problems. After I had my second cervical fusion I was left with numb and painful hands and feet . I thought I was going to have to live with it. I saw doctor Chase and after several neck injections the pain and numbness disappeared and has not come back. To me it was like a miracle. His team is terrific and I mostly deal with Perfecto and Yvette. They are both very kind and helpful and have come to feel like family with as many times as I've been there.

Wow, the wait time is horrendous. Why bother having a schedule. You take people that are in pain and have them drive an hour then sit in an uncomfortable waiting area for almost two hours every time because your can’t schedule appointments appropriately. I’m in more pain when I leave. This office has really gone downhill.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Chase?
We waited 1 hour and 1-1/2 hours two days running for an appointment they set. Completely unprofessional and incompetent. The doctor should know how long he needs with each patient and schedule accordingly. The pre-procedure sedative had worn off before my husband ever went in. Chase seems to be only interested in shoving as many people through in a long day so he can make as much money as possible. The injection is temporary so you have to come back time after time. More money for Chase. AVOID!

My experience with Dr. Chase and with his entire staff has been superb. The ease of scheduling, the friendliness in reception, and the efficiency in the office is always stellar. Most importantly, the competence of the doctor is better than other pain management services I've received elsewhere. Dr. Chase always greets me warmly and patiently answers all my questions. I leave feeling reassured and valued.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Chase?
His staff cancelled my appointment the day before. She said shots were not helping so I shouldn't have been scheduled. I asked to use the appointment to ask what my next step should be. I was told no, that the appointment was cancelled . I asked to make another appointment for that. She said the doctor had already talked with me. I said "Then the doctor refuses to see me any more?" "No, he's not doing that," she said. I don't know what else it could be. I was cut off with no guidance & in pain.
