He put me on too much medication
I was having serious issues in my relationship. He put me on much too much medication seriously this was causing major con charge with the health. My blood sugar was going through the roof. Tell The unacceptable this guy doesn’t deserve to work in this business. He’s not a very good person when he comes right down to it comes for money Sorry this doesn’t sit well with me when you over medicate somebody and don’t any real solutions to my problem, this medicating me causing health issues for many years. I’ve dealt with the mental health system and believe me there are long-term side effects to these medications that they’re not telling you sorry, I disagree with this person’s opinion overmedicating someone is never a good thing. It cost me unbalanced. It cost a big change in my mood

Not an alcoholic, but sent to detox7uuuu
I saw him for at least a year. I became depressed after cancer treatment and started having a few drinks a week. And i misused my anxiety medication. Instead of helping me, he had me checked into detox center. Everyone at the mental health hospital agreed I did not belong in detox, the dosage of the medication was too low, i wasn't high or drunk. i needed help dealing with the cancer -- not detox. My therapist was shocked. I stopped seeing him and found a professional psychiatrist. My 'addiction' problem was discussed once, we worked on the real issues. I haven't had a drink since and my new anxiety prn is more effective and not addictive. Dr Cook's pressure on the hospital and ER team did as he asked. They told me there wasn't anything they could do, they had to put me in DETOX. It was a nightmare. Best thing i ever did was stop seeing Dr Cook
