Rude and heartless
Rude and a waste of my time a second time around. Their scheduler and receptionist are clueless and rude. Very unprofessional messing up my appointment too many times. Coursey isn't any better. Very rude and unprofessional. He and his associates lie about cost and billing. I wouldn't let him touch me much less use injections with his poor excuse of attitude.

Serious lack of compassion and bedside manner. Didn't care about my pain level. Ignored questions from my family after 2 different procedures, walked right by them. Made rude and demeaning comments to me. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Pragmatic and lacking all sense of compassion, Dr. Courlis is an insult to his profession. When I was sobbing throughout the procedure, would it have hurt him or his equally cold-hearted nurse, to offer me comfort? When the procedure was over, my face, nose etc were saturated with tears. Did they even offer this 70 year old woman a tissue, a cool washcloth, anything to ease my obvious trauma. No, they didn't. It was quite obvious that the nurse was just annoyed by me. I too am an RN with my Masters Degree in treating chronic illness. As a nurse educator, I always ask my students to view their patient as "their Mom, their Grandma, their child etc..."This situation was an epic failure from an emotional standpoint as it is common knowledge that healing has physical, spiritual and emotional counterparts!

Banner dropped the ball, but these folks made it worse. Abused my trust in many ways, not the least of which was significant inconsistencies in their imaging analysis and disturbing lack of due diligence. This is the last time I will willingly work with Banner or any of their subs. My worst HealthCare experience by a LOT.

Extremely painful procedure however Dr. Coursey warned me before each “poke”. I appreciate that he is honest about the pain involved and does not sugar coat what’s coming. I recommend him if you have tried other options without success.

Dr. Coursey is hands down the best doctor I have ever had! I have recently went through a lot of health issues and he was the first one to sit down and see the bigger picture of everything going on. He took the time to draw everything out and explain everything in terms of my understanding. He went above and beyond his job! His team is also more than wonderful!

No compassion wrote stuff that was not accurate as far as dui. I was diagnosed at mayo clinic with RSD and this quack said I didn't have in an email to my primary care. Wanted to do an injection in my spine with no local when his nurse called me and said that's exactly what they were going to do because it's a painful procedure. STAY AWAY!
