I have seen Dr. Engle two times instead of my primary care dr. This last time convinced me I will not return to see him! He came in very short and grumpy before he even spoke to me. He did not really listen to my complaints and just started going off on all of my medications and would not even refill medications that my primary care doctor in the same clinic has given me in the past. He changed one of my medications I have taken for years and replaced it with something that isn't working.

Dr. Richard Engle is the rudest, most unprofessional Dr. I have ever met. Unfortunately, I currently have multiple health issues and am on a low dose of pain. He refused to refer me to the G.I. department and balked about referring me to Urology after I had 3 consecutive UTI's. He has an obvious bias towards anyone with pain issues and is very bitter. He has no respect for patient rights. I requested a different Dr. and will be making a complaint with Mayo.
