Dr. Richard Eppey, MD

Dr. Eppey has delivered two of my children, both of which were delivered vaginally, one of which was a much longer-than-average labor due to my baby being a 9lb 10 oz boy. Despite how many doctors may be quick to resort cesarean sections, he was true to his commitment to use this only as a last resort (in the case of medical necessity). He always presented the best available information and recommendations clearly. He is a true practitioner of evidence based medicine, and I must say: the other 1-star review kinda 'jumps the shark' for me at the mention of vitamin K and 'natural birth' demands on behalf of a third party. Make no mistake, he's a pro.

Dr. Eppey is the best Dr. I have had. He is very easy going and will answer all your questions. After I had my son, I had PPD. He had me check in weekly, prescribed me an antidepressant and set me up with a great therapist. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a high quality Dr.

My daughter in law is trying to have a natural birth. She told him this from DAY 1! Suddenly, here she is dilated to 2, and 3 weeks from her due date and now he is'not accepting' her birth plan. He has sent her for tests she does not need. He puts her down for not wanting to vaccinate. She is administering ORAL NATURAL vitamin K, because that synthetic crap that is full of mercury and causes jaundice. He laughed in her face about that. He told her that he has seen 'many babies DIE' this way. lol
