Dr Richard Gordon is the most uncaring, rude, lazy doctor ever. Did not ever let us complete a sentence, spent no time at all listening, or examining, just had no concern or regard or help for my daughter at all. HE DID NOT CARE!!!!!!

Due to very painful gallstones with biliary colic for quite some time I was advised by several Medical providers that surgery was required.In doing my research through many reviews and also the advise of a friend I contacted Dr Richard Gordon's office.It was nice to meet his medical staff for which I found all of them to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Dr Gordon did a thorough medical review of my health and test, he addressed all my concerns and explained the robotic cholecystectomy procedure which allowed me to feel comfortable enough to have the surgery done.The procedure was Successfully completed 2 weeks ago and I would like to Thank Dr. Gordon, his surgical team at the HCA Florida Largo hospital and his medical staff for a job well done.In preparation for the procedure I was also put on a high protein diet which has allowed me to not only lose weight but has educated me towards changing my eating habits for a healthier lifestyle.Thankful to all.

I had bariatric surgery 2 years ago with Dr. Gordon. All though I have had excellent results, his staff was miserable to deal with. In hide sight, I wish I would have private paid, someone who's staff was kind and responsive

Excellent laparoscopic surgeon. I had a small bowel obstruction and he was professional, knowledgeable and caring. Would recommend him to anyone who would need abdominal surgery! Thank you Dr. Gordon. No pain at all after surgery.

I recently had Dr. Gordon perform my surgery at Countryside Hospital and want to thank him for his excellent work and follow up. It was easier than I thought it would be to recover and I had absolutely NO issues while in the hospital. I would recommend him for the type of surgery I had…Partial Colectomy and Colon Resection.

Dr. Gordon is very skilled, unfortunately, his office staff leaves a lot to be desired. If you are looking for a good surgeon I recommend him but try not to judge him based on the people you have to go through to get to him.

Terrible, did a hernia mesh operation which had to be removed because of infection, never responded when it infected, had to go to emergency room for help me, never called or helped me with a solution. Very bad

From the first phone call to meeting my Surgeon his staff is top notch. Dr.. Gordon spent lots of time answering all my questions and concerns. They are the best office! So happy I chose them.

Dr. Gordon did my Gastric Sleeve Surgery. I am happy with results so far, I believe that the success of this is in my hands though! I'm really happy that my incisions healed great. Dr Gordon's office was a lot better than another bariatric office that I had been too! I actually switched from another office to his office. A lot better experience!

Dr. Gordon was highly recommend to me by two other surgery patients. Dr. Gordon and his office took over my care and have been very happy. I noticed a bad review from another patient and had to write about my experience. I called the office and spoke to the Bariatric Coordinator, she advised me that they do charge a onetime program fee of $250.00 - not $500.00 - Dr. Gordon is not obligated to take over other surgeon?s patients and many bariatric surgeons will not do this. In fact I had made several calls before I found this wonderful caring surgeon.
