Great family physician, open to discussing medical issues, works WITH patient when treatment is warranted. Proactive in approach to use of technology when issue is identified. Military background definitely a plus.

I am a fairly new patient at this practice. I really like this doctor. He listens to what you are saying and is quite thorough. I have had nothing but good experiences with the office staff. I would recommend this office to anyone I know that is in need of a doctor.

Dr. Grandjean is very knowledgeable and kind hearted. His assistant, Ashley, is helpful and patient and the people working in the front are understanding and warm hearted. I am pleased to be their patient.

Dr. Grandjean has been my PCM for about two years, and I am happy with the service and care I receive. I am in good health so I am not frequently in his office, but the number of times I have been I haven't experienced any issues with him or his staff. They are friendly and it is easy to get prescriptions filled and book appointments. Since getting married my husband has been under his care with no complaints. I think others who've left very negative reviews may be exaggerating a bit.

Very Poor service. Stay away if you can from this office. The Dr office is more concerned about how to make more money out of you then to care for you! Front office is very rude and the doctor green is below average when it comes to diagnose your symptoms. He is more concerned about how he can get you back in his office again so they can charge your medical insurance for their own profit. Its sad but apparently you are just a business transaction.

Dealing with Dr. Grandjean and his staff was an utter nightmare. His receptionist is prone to rolling her eye and talking nasty to patients, his nurse seems to not really know what she is doing, the male staff member likes to raise his voice and insult. Dr, Grandjean likes to order lab work constantly for no apparent reason. After a year dealing with the unprofessionalism, incompetence and downright rudeness of his staff we contacted our insurance and had our primary doctor changed.

I would not recommend this practice to any of my friends or family. The office manager and receptionist have no grace with patients. I have felt personally attacked my Scott the office manager. I have also heard him gossip about a woman he turned away for over 15 minutes. Nurse Ashley and Dr. Grandjean are great but sadly dealing with their front office seems to be a big problem reading other reviews. Patients want to feel safe in a place they go to seek help. We won't be back.

Dr. Grandjean, his receptionist or whoever she is, and the office manager are unprofessional to the upmost degree. Nobody knows anything and they don't care to find out is what I get from it. Aside from getting into it with his office manager, I had to call twice so he can look into my abnormal EKG results. I'm glad it wasn't anything serious, at least that's what I was told.

I was a patient of Dr. Grandjean for approximately 15 years. Over that time period, the level of care and professionalism of his office staff, nurses and Dr. Grandjean himself declined dramatically. In addition, he was prone to prescribing whichever drug was most recently brought in by pharmaceutical reps. Upon leaving his practice, he and his staff (including his Son, who is the Office Manager) were severely combative towards me. Dr. Grandjean stood 6 inches from my face and shouted at me.
