Dr. Richard Greene, MD

The doctor did not listen to me in regards to medical issues before performing my surgery. He made me feel like I was wasting his time. I felt very rushed, and disregarded. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone.

We have been seeing Dr. Greene for many years now and have always left our office visit feeling very confident that he is an excellent and caring physician. He has always treated us with kindness, courtesy and respect.

Payment policy is a scam. Be very careful!!! Have to give them a credit card for any charges that may not be covered by insurance and then if you are not setup for paperless statement you get another charge. Been going here for years and have several friends that go here. I am done and will let my friends know about this scam.

The only dermatologist I've gone to Rochester, NY. I've been going to him for years and have had my teenagers see Dr. Greene for their acne. He is always warm and friendly and knowledgeable. His office and staff are lovely. Highly suggest!

Be aware that the office has policy of not auspices in room. The staff is very very firm to the point of being rude about it. Office staff is fine. Some nurses ok done extremely rude and demeaning!! You never see dr. Always PA

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Greene. After visiting a few different dermatologists throughout my life, I can honestly say that Dr. Greene is the most caring, thorough and skillful doctor. He has treated an array of my dermatological conditions, and he is always very concise in his explanation of each condition and treatment options. I am beyond thankful for finding such a great dermatologist!!!

Dr. Greene is amazing, I had a mole removed on my back and he explained to me the whole procedure and made me feel more than comfortable. The mole healed perfectly with no scar with proper after-care instructions. He office is absolutely beautiful and he is a nice doctor who's love for what he does shows. He did not rush through treating me and I did not have to wait long in the waiting room. Highly suggest Dr. Greene if you are looking for a dermatologist in Rochester.

During my first visit to Dr. Greene, he came in the exam room and never introduced himself and just started babbling on. I knew what I wanted to discuss which had been confirmed by my PCP, but he went in another direction. He gave me meds that were contraindicated, had to look at a reference book before he decided what I had....it was obvious and looked me in the eye maybe a couple times. He sees too many patients per day and he could care about you. I am never going back. Rude!

Greene prescribed specific topical drug and when I had a reaction and called, office staff acted like I was making it up. Also prescribed an antibiotic and when I mentioned it had affected bowel movements, he had the audacity to say he had never heard of this? Not heard of antibiotics affecting this? Please. Made me feel very small, to say the least. Was in a great hurry always to move on to the next paying customer. Perhaps he is wonderful with serious issues. But not acne in an older pat
