Arrogant & dismissive
Extremely poor bedside manner. Arrogant, rude, & dismissive. Office staff often calls me trying to get me to book unnecessary appointments with him.

Misdiagnosed
Was told that I was too young and they couldn't do much for me when I said I might have achalasia. A year later, I am currently going to Temple Hospital and was told that I do indeed have achalasia. This doctor needs to listen to his patients!!!!!

Dr. Herman is the best doctor I have been to in a long time. He was so receptive to everything I had to say and eased my anxiety and concerns. He was so helpful, and I am very grateful for the care I received. I would recommend Dr. Herman to all of my friends and family.

Didn't wait long, but felt like I really just didn't matter to any of the staff. Absolutely no bedside manner. After that, I've tried to get a hold of someone, anyone, at the office. I left 3 messages over a 2 week period and NO ONE called me back. I'll be moving on to another doctor. Just not worth the aggravation to stay with a doctor/doctor's office that just doesn't care about patients.

I had my surgery for a deviated septum and sinus problems with Dr. Herman. I was pleased with the entire procedure, from the friendliness of the staff to Dr. Herman's bedside manner. He answered questions, explained procedures and was never rushed. Being an RN for the past 45 years, I was impressed with the entire process and after suffering with this condition for the past 20 years I am wondering: Why did I wait so long!

My family doctor recommended me to Dr. Herman because I was suffering from chronic sinus infections that would not clear with antibiotics. My experience with Dr. Herman from my first visit to my final post op visit has been wonderful. He is very thorough and considered every possible alternative before suggesting surgery to me. I never felt rushed during my appointments and Dr. Herman took his time answering all of my questions and addressing my concerns. I HIGHLY recommend him to others!

Dr. Herman helped me in my time of need and I can't thank him enough! I had a horrible nose bleed after sinus surgery from a different ENT and he and his practice have been so helpful from the get-go. I ended up in the hospital due to the amount of blood that was running out of me and I had transfusions, was vomiting blood, and it was a very traumatic experience. He came in to the picture and agreed to help take a look and ever since then I have been doing great. I'm truly grateful!
