He cares about hos patients, he listens and will let me have a say in my care. Never pushy but I trust his advice. My best dr ever. I sure will miss him being local.

He always listens we can't seem to fiqure out whats wrong and insurance won't let test be done to fiqure out whats wrong with me ..I doubt anyone would try as hard as him to fiqure it out..

I’ve been with Dr Hester for several years. Maybe 10 years or more. At first I thought he was the slowest dr there was. Finally I realized he took time to learn more about me as a person not just a patient. He knew more about me than my own family. He knows what I’m scared of and how much I can handle. And he understands me., listens to my problems. I’m going to be extremely sad to see him go. But I’m happy for him. He works very hard to help others, now it’s time for him to do what will make him happy. I hope he finds he likes it better here and come back. But if not, I wish him all the best. Thank you for all you have done for me

Doctor Hester is friendly, and easy to understand. He listens, and wants to help me. He finds options that will help me and explains the best options to meet my needs. He offers more than just medicines, he gave me exercises to help strengthen my knee. By far the best family doctor I have the pleasure of calling my doctor and would recommend to others.

Dr. Hester is the best PCP I’ve ever had, and the best doctor in Poplar Bluff. We are very lucky he came to our town. I have extremely difficult conditions to treat, and when I began seeing him, no one in town was able to diagnose me. He diagnosed me after a few visits and I was able to begin to receive treatments to help my conditions. He’s the most caring doctor I’ve ever been to, and over the past 7 years I have been seeing him I’ve come to think of him as a good friend. Grateful to have him.
