Dr Heuer stepped in when the ER dr was going to release me and performed a very intricate surgery and basically saved my life. Glad he took the chance. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. RICHARD HEUER AND HIS GREAT STAFF SAVED LIFE. HE IS A EXECELLENT SURGEON. HE REALLY KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HEART. I HAD TO HAVE MY TRICUSPID HEART VAVLE REPLACED 2/16/17 AND HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. EVEN THE INFAMOUS "ZIPPER SCAR"IS BARELY NOTICEABLE! I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT BE HERE TODAY IF IT WASNT FOR DR. RICHARD HEUER. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYBODY THAT HAS HEART PROBLEMS. I CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH, FOR WHAT HE AND HIS WONDERFUL STAFF HAS DONE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

Dr.Heuer is an excellent Doctor. He has been a god send for my mother. Mom was certain to lose her leg due to vascular disease. Dr. Heuer acceped her as a patient and has saved her leg. She still has a way to go but she's well on her way. Thank you Dr. Heuer for your hard work and dedication to your patients. Your one awesome doctor.

I was very disappointed with Dr. Heuer, before having a lung biopsy I was having second thoughts, most doctors would be very understanding and try to reassure you that everything will go ok or something on that line, but, Dr. Heuer instead slams his clipboard down and says"You're wasting my time and my staff's, if you're not going to have the procedure!" I ended up having it done but, since I've second guessed his results!! Absolutely doesn't have a good bedside manner!!!

First impressions--lasting impressions. I live in a different time zone from the office so got a little confused on my appointment time and arrived early. The receptionist was rude, unpleasant and otherwise obnoxious. When I gave my name, she looked at the computer and said, Well,, you're early! You'll just have to wait! I was was OK with it. Anyone like that in the health care system need lessons in manners or a new job. I gave this 1 star because the nurse was very professional
