I did not have an appt. with this doctor but I have contacted his office and the woman that picked up has absolutely horrible customer service. No respect and hung up rudely. Staff needs to be more presssional.

The pharmaceutical rep came in unexpectedly. The Dr. dropped everything to meet with her in the waiting room - while keeping me and another patient waiting. He chatted with her about things other than medications without seeming to be in any hurry to see patients. I immediately got a poor first impression. After I was finally seen he seemed impatient and didn't listen very well. Also, I didn't feel confident in his diagnosis - he seemed unsure. I'm getting a 2nd opinion and will never go back.
