I now know why there is no new reviews in that last several years!Absolutely absurd office practices! I tried to set up an appointment for my newborn child only to be told they didn't accept my HMO insurance. I do NOT in fact have an HMO and verified multiple times that they were in-network and covered providers under my insurance plan. I was then told 3 different stories first no HMO plans, then after I corrected them, I was told they just didn't take my specific insurance plan, then when I told them my insurance verified they did, I was told by the office manager a new story that they weren't seeing 'new' patients with my plan. It's united Healthcare literally everyone takes it but apparently that office specifically decided not to take this plan for no specified reason. So now I have to scrambled to find another pediatrician causing a delay in care for my newborn and potentially putting my baby at risk. I hope no one 'new' chooses to go to this office

such a great doctor! unfortunately i’m 20 now so can no longer go to dr holcomb, but i do have some awesome memories. ive gone to him since i was 5 i believe and just remember him being so kind and cheerful. also my dad worked in the same building as him so i was lucky enough to grab some fun stickers when i went to work with him. dr holcomb if you see this please stay healthy so when i have kids someday i can take them to you. don’t know if the office is the same but i do remember it being a beach theme with surfboards and sandals that i really liked to look at while waiting.

I have a 3 month old and as a new mother Dr. Holcomb is patient and answers all of my questions and does not rush through his appointment time. He and is staff and professional and relatable making it a comfortable place to take your children.

Dr Holcomb is a true, genuinely caring doctor that will actually take the time with your child and fully understand what is going on. He will explain to your child and parents everything that is going on and has impeccable bedside manor. You will not find a better pediatrician. They just do not make many doctors, especially pediatricians like this anymore. We are lucky to have him caring for our children. He and his wife are truly a rare find and kind. His staff is honestly top notch!!!

We have been going to Dr Holcolm for the past 2 years. I just called requesting a call back from him regarding a quick but important question about traveling with a 1 month old baby. I was told he does not do phone consultations, and that I had absolutely no chance of getting even a 5 minute phone call back. Instead I was just given a nurse's unqualified opinion. I will not be going back to a doctor who refuses to call me back and address my concerns.

He is a wonderful doctor. Very caring and knowledgeable. We have a special needs child and he helps us out to make sure we get the care we need.
