Always late
The PMA office is always late (15-30 minutes) calling you back to your appt and then the dr is always late to come into the room. Appt today was for 10am. Nurse called us back at 10:15 and spent 5 minutes with us. Dr Horak came in at 10:45 and talked until 11:05. On a previously schedule appt at 10am, I was not called back by nurse by 10:30. I left. The nurse called at 10:50 to find out where I was. I did not answer. Awesome knowledgeable dr but no respect for the patients time.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY
1st visit he wouldn't stop talking about himself, his background & people who graduated at the same University he went to. At this 1st visit, which was my well visit I asked for blood work which is included & should NOT be charged, he CHARGED ME for the blood work as regular bloodwork. BETH the office mgr. said they couldn't change it, and that I had to pay for it! I went for a follow up to get results of my bloodwork, I asked the doctor if I had to pay for the visit, HE SAID NO, to my surprise my husband who is in another state for the time being received the bill. I called & spoke to billing to ask why they sent the bill to my husband & why they were charging me for this. Next day office mgr. called and left a message saying that the insurance said I HAVE TO PAY for the visit, she lied because I spoke to my insurance and they said she NEVER CALLED !~ SHE LIED! I do NOT RECOMMEND this doctor nor his practice. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
