THANK YOU FOR CURING MY LYME
I was a patient of Dr. Richard Horowitz for 3 years. I am well. I am grateful. Dr. Horowitz is truly brilliant, could not have navigated those years of being "un-well" without his good guidance and exceptional care.

Dr Horowitz treated me and two family members for Lyme Disease. He is a brilliant diagnostician and has extremely high standards for his clinical practice. He is arguably the best MD in the USA treating Lyme Disease. Problem is, he's priced himself such that only the very wealthy can see him. I eventually had to cease seeing him/his staff b/c it was so expensive. I've been told it would cost $3,000 to rejoin his practice. I understand this is the opportunity cost of the other important work he does, training MDs around the world. But, given I was not cured before I ran out of funds after I think it was four years of treatment, this strikes me as being a bit much. No complaints regarding clinical details. I just think that, after years of treatment without a cure, it should not be prohibitively expensive to resume care.

Dr Horowitz calls everything lyme and relies on faulty testing. There is no doubt in my mind that most of his patients are dealing with a mycotoxin illness and Horowitz knows this. Instead, he loads people up with antibiotics and tells them to buy his expensive supplements. I hope the man ends up in jail for all the people he has ruined. Not one person i know is well from seeing him and ALL the patients i know who have done the testing for mycotoxins tested positive. Dr. Horowitz wouldnt ever heal these people. Once he ruins patients or gives them Cdiff he fires them as patients. Shame on you Dr. Horowitz. ...Ruining people so you can make millions...

i am a patient now w lyme. i see John Fallon who goes over patient findings w Dr H. i am grateful to have gotten into the practice - they treat with combination of natural methods and antibiotics. i feel like i am with professionals who are experts. the medical staff is responsive when i have questions at no extra cost. i get a treatment plan after an appt to follow in between visits. they see you every 2 months to keep costs down. they spend lots of time per appt and worth it.

He is an amazing doctor, and has an amazing staff. Do not listen to the negative reviews. This doctor, his LPN, and his staff care about their patients. They have a proven track record healing those who suffer from tick borne illnesses. The Hudson Valley is lucky to have him. I am forever grateful for their help in restoring my health.

Worth seeing if you have very severe Lyme Disease and are dying and no one will treat you. But he can't cure late stage Lyme. No allopathic doc can. Costs a fortune but if you have the money go for it.

Do not waste your time, or money going to Dr. Horowitz. Everything he says about caring about his patients and making them feel understood in his is book is a lie. After becoming his patient, I could never get a hold of anyone at the office with emergency questions, the answering system is always full and they try to charge you for everything under the sun. He tells you one thing and the staff tells you something different. I ended up in the emergency room and in a wheel chair after seeing him.

I waited 2 years to get into this practice. When I became a patient, I was not seen by Dr Horowitz. The person in charge of my care was new to treating chronic illness. I knew more about the interactions of the prescriptions I was taking than the provider did. Additionally, when I had a SERIOUS issue with the medication protocol there was a lack of responsiveness. Maybe Dr.H. would have handled things better, but I was told he limits his new patients acceptance to "high profile" patients.

Dr. Horowitz was the first doctor to help my daughter after years of struggling to get other doctors to diagnose her and begin treatment. He changed her life for the better. He saved her life, literally. She was beyond hope for a better future when we found him. He and his nurse practitioner, John Fallon, are the most knowledgeable, scientific and caring professionals we have met on this frightening journey called Lyme disease. I thank God we found them.
